1. Feast this week: Wednesday, August 20ᵀᴴ – St. Bernard; Thursday, August 21st – St. Pius X; Friday and Friday, August 22nd – Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary
2. Tomorrow/today, we celebrate PRISON MINISTRY SUNDAY in our Archdiocese. There will be volunteers after every Mass who will contact you for help. For details refer to the notice board. We now have a Prison ministry Cell in our parish.
3. Next Sunday, August 24ᵀᴴ is celebrated as Justice Sunday.
4. Divine Mercy prayer service will be held on Friday, August 22nd at 3 pm in the Church. All are welcome.
5. Johannian Stalwarts Senior Citizens are organizing a fellowship evening on Thursday, 21st August. Entry passes are available at the Parish office.
6. English CCR group is conducting One-day Revival which includes a Healing service along with adoration and Holy Mass on Saturday, August 23ʳᵈ from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm in the Church. Registration Rs. 50/- can be done at the Parish office.
7. The Parish is having MARIAN MARCH OF THE SAINTS for all our Sunday School children beginning from August 30ᵀᴴ as part of the Marian nativity novenas. The children will have their mass at 6 pm, followed by the Catechesis. The Nativity cards will be distributed in the class on August 24ᵀᴴ. Encouraging all our Sunday School children to take part in the Novenas in large numbers.
8. As part of the Marian Nativity Novenas, the guest preacher will preach for both the 6 pm and the 7 pm mass for a uniform catechesis. Novena dates are from August 30ᵀᴴ to September 7ᵀᴴ.
9. The Commissioning of all Lectors and Cantors will take place at the 9 am mass. All those who have filled the forms are requested to assemble at 8:50 am near grotto.
