Feasts this week: Monday, 8th Jan: The baptism of our Lord – Feast

1. The feast Mass of our patron, St John the Evangelist will be celebrated tomorrow/today at the 9 a.m. mass. The main celebrant will be Bishop Agnelo Gracias. The statue of our patron Saint will be unveiled at the 9 am mass.

2. Tamil group of our parish is celebrating Pongal on Sun, Jan 14th in the school hall, mass at 10:15 a.m. followed by fellowship, passes for same are available at the parish office for Rs. 150/-. All are invited. 

3. The Parish Sports Cell is organizing Badminton and Basketball tournaments for our parishioners on 13th and 14th January. Please check the noticeboard for details. 

4. The Johannian Youth will have their Youth Mass on 21st January at 10:30 am in the church, followed by an All-Youth meeting and a small fellowship in the School Hall. Requesting all our youth to be present. 

5. Our Confirmands will be Confirmed on 28th January at the 9:30 am mass. Requesting our parishioners to keep them and the catechists in prayers as they make their preparations.
