2. The Priests of our parish will visit the families in St John Paul II Community, Matharwar/Palipiqune, on Monday, Oct 30th.   

3. Holy hour will be conducted on Friday, Nov 03 from 7:00 to 7:30 pm. St. Gonsalo Garcia, Bhandarwada community will assist in the same.

4. The Parish in collaboration with the Ladies Sodality is organizing an Auction of the Sarees draped around the statue of Mother Mary tomorrow/ today immediately after the 9:00 am Mass in the school hall, the proceeds of which, will go to the Missions at Mahad. We encourage all our parishioners to come and patronize this auction. 

5. To prepare ourselves for All Souls’ Day, the parish is organizing a catechesis on The Doctrine of Purgatory on Wednesday, 1st November, after the evening mass in the school Hall. All are invited.

6. Masses for November 01, All Saints’ Day will be at 6:45 am and 7pm. Masses for November 02 All Souls’ Day, will be at 6 am, 6:45 am (mass in the cemetery) and 7:30 am. Evening at 6 pm, 6:45 pm, and 7:30 pm. All the masses will be in the School Hall. You may drop in the names of the departed souls, along with your contribution, in the box near the altar or at the parish office.  

7. The Johannian Youth will put up a snack stall on All Souls Day after all the masses, the proceeds of which, will be used for the youth activities. We request our parishioners to kindly patronize the stall, and to be encouraging towards our youth. 

8. Requesting all retired teachers and schoolteachers to volunteer for the VBJ (Vacation Bible Joy).  Please give your names at the Parish office.

9. Johannian Sports Cell is organizing Rink Football Tournament on November 11 & 12 at 10 a.m. for further details kindly look up the notice board. The Sports Cell is looking for sponsorship for this tournament. Those interested in sponsoring and advertising, kindly contact Fr Harry.

10. Missionary Families for Christ are organizing a Christian Life Seminar for singles, age 21-35 on 4th & 5th November. For details kindly look up the noticeboard.

11. Prerna Health Centre is looking for a part-time physiotherapist and a counsellor, to be part of its team. For details, kindly contact Prerna Health Centre reception, 1st floor of JWC, between 9 am to 12 noon.
