Feasts this week: Sat, July 22 – St. Mary Magdalene

There will be meeting for all the Lectors, Cantors in JWC 1st floor hall tomorrow/today at 10:15 am. Attendance is compulsory. Those who wish to join, including youth please attend.

The Johannian Youth will have their youth mass tomorrow/today in the Church at 11:00 am.  Requesting all our parish youth to attend in large numbers.

The Johannian Youth is organizing the Parents Day celebration on the 22nd and 23rd July. The theme for this year is MASQUERADE PARTY. Passes available in the Parish Office priced Rs. 150/-. The last date for passes is 19th July. 

On account of the Parents’ Day celebration, the evening mass on Saturday, July 22nd will be at 6 pm. Requesting you all to kindly make a note of it. 

Priests are available from 9 to 11 am from Mon to Sat in the 1st meeting room. Those wanting to consult or make their confession are welcome. Only in case of urgency you may meet them at other times.  

Johannian Stalwarts Senior Citizen group is organizing a get-together on Thu, July 20th at 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the JWC 1st floor. Registration Rs. 50/- can be done at the parish office. Latest by Mon, July 17. 

It is obligatory for students of Std. III and Std. X to attend Sunday School, as Faith Formation process for 1st Holy Communion and Confirmation will begin from these classes.

We request our parents and grandparents to send their children for the 8 am mass on Sunday, followed by the Catechism class. The Faith Formation of our children is a holy duty of the parents and grandparents, so please make sure they attend the catechism classes.  

The Parish team is working on a Photo- wall highlighting the cultural and traditional richness of Marol. Requesting families and individuals who have old archival photographs of the same to give their names and contact info in the parish Office.
