1. This Fri, March 03 Way of the Cross by St. Mark Kondivita Community.
2. The parish is putting up a production for the enactment of the Passion of Christ. There will be a meeting for all those interest in acting, costumes, sets and props etc. tomorrow/today at 5:30 pm in 2nd meeting room. Family Lenten.
3. 1st Friday service by Br. Prakash with Holy Eucharist at 1pm. All are welcome.
4. His Eminence Oswald Cardinal Gracias will be coming to our parish at 5 pm on Thursday, 2nd March to inaugurate the newly renovated Piazza dedicated to Cardinal Simon Pimenta, along with blessing the New Wing of the parish graveyard etc. His Eminence will be celebrating the Eucharist at 7 pm. Requesting our parishioners to come in large numbers.
5. 1st Saturday Marian devotion by Fr. Ashlyn Chand including Mass. All are welcome.
6. Parish Pastoral Council meeting will be held next Sun, March 05 @ 10:00 a.m sharp in the 2nd meeting room.
7. Lenten Rally organized by Konkani CCR, on Sun, 5th March from 2:30 pm to 5 pm in the School Hall.
8. Lenten Recollection
- For the Senior Citizens on 9th March 6 pm to 6:45 pm (before the evening mass)
- For Families on March 19, from 8 am to 1pm. Registration Rs. 100/- at the parish office. Details on the notice board.
9. Outdoor Way of the Cross Pilgrimage, on Wed, March 22. Registration Rs. 100/- will be done at the parish office from March 01 onwards. It will involve walking and climbing, so those finding it difficult to walk are requested not join.
10. Our parish is starting a Conversational Marathi classes every Thursday at 7.30 pm in the 2nd meeting room. Those interested kindly register in the parish office.
11. On 8th March we are organizing a Lenten outreach. Girls from Vimla home will be coming here and those who wish to offer them stationery, toiletry, food items, games, clothes can do so. Please coordinate with Fr Suresh. Please do so by 2nd March.
12. The Marol Citizens forum are having a signature campaign today, after all the Masses in the Church compound to name the Chowk outside the Church as ‘St John’s Chowk.’ Kindly support this cause by signing the petition.
